We visited the Wohlleben forest conservation project – not exactly the area that Schleicher Sprachservice leased, but not far from it. There, we made use of the opportunity to spend a night in the forest – without a tent, of course. We were only allowed a sleeping bag and sleeping mat. And yes, of course, it rained quite a bit the whole night long, as you can see in the pictures.

Needless to say, we also had a bonfire. On the pictures, you do not see a sprouting and thriving beech forest (like Schleicher Forest), but the now discontinued spruce variant. Therefore, it is fine if 12 people spend the night there and have a bonfire once in a while.
